Heinrich is an acclaimed chef whose style blends refinement, mastery, and individuality. Before joining the FUME team, Heinrich led the kitchen at NOA, a restaurant awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction.<\/p>\n

He has honed his skills both in Estonia and Brussels, bringing an international perspective and a multi-layered approach to his craft.
